We want you to be completely satisfied with your Los Poblanos apothecary and farm products. If a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Farm Shop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the lavender apothecary items in their original boxes with protective cushioning to ensure they arrive back at the farm safely.
Ship to the Farm
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
